SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY RECRUITMENT FOR VARIOUS POSTS





The South Eastern Railway zone was established as a result of the separation of the Bengal Nagpur Railway Company in the year 1955. The services of South Eastern Railway extend to the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Orissa. The railway also handles the operational aspects related to the freight and goods transfer and logistics process to the regions of Kolkata and Haldia on a major basis. South Eastern Railway zone is also responsible for the operation of frequent Electric Multiple Units (EMU) services on the assigned route. Numerous trains, both long distance and short distance, run on a daily basis enabling people to commute to various places near and far. South Eastern Railways Recruitment Details:
South Eastern Railways has notified about the recruitment process that it is going to conduct for the vacancies that have arisen for the posts of Group C and Group D. The applications are invited for the recruitment process from candidates who are eligible and are interested in appearing for this opportunity.

2. Group ‘D’ (Erstwhile) – 10 Posts 

The candidates who wish to apply for the positions need to have qualifications related to scouts and guides as per the prescribed requirements of the government.
   
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum and maximum age limit that has been defined for the vacancies of Group C category is 18 years and 30 years respectively for the general category candidates. The lower and upper limit of age for the vacancies in Group D category is 18 years and 33 years respectively. The upper age limits have been relaxed for OBC candidates up to 3 years and for the SC/ST category candidates by up to 5 years as per the instructions of the government.
    
The candidates must be 10th pass / 12th pass / possess ITI certification whichever is relevant for the post in which the candidates wish to apply. The mandatory criterion that the candidates need to follow is that they should have the appropriate qualification related to their scouting or guiding activities.
      
Selection & Application Procedure
The candidates will have to go through a written test to judge their aptitude for the vacancies. The qualifying candidates will have to appear for interview round for the final selection decision in the department.
     
 The candidates need to fill in the application form in the prescribed format and attach all the required documents and components along with it. The applications and documents should be sent by the date 6th November 2012.

INDIAN ORDNANCE FACTORIES RECRUITMENT 2012 FOR SEMI-SKILLED POSITION






The first time that the Army Ordnance saw a beginning sign in India was in the year 1775. This is the year when the British authorities had accepted the proposal for the establishment of the Board for Ordnance in the state of Kolkata. The total number of factories that have been established ever since its inception is 40, with the 40th one under establishment in the state of Bihar.
   

Indian Ordnance Factories Recruitment 2012 

 The Indian Ordnance Factory Board, which is administered by the ministry of defense of the government of India, has notified about the selection process that it will conduct for the apprenticeship programmes for the suitable candidates. IOF board has invited applications from the candidates who are eligible and interested in going through the apprenticeship in the organization. The names of the available positions are:
  • ITI apprentices
  • Non-ITI apprentices
The training period for the candidates would be as per the policies of the organization and the instructions of the concerned authorities. The government and the recruitment board authorities will have complete discretion in the decision of offering an employment offer to the candidates subsequent to their training period.

The selected candidates will be receiving a fixed monthly stipend, which would be as follows:
1st year – Rs. 1490
2nd year – Rs. 1700
3rd year – Rs. 1970
4th year – Rs. 2220

Eligibility Criteria

The lower and upper age limits that have been fixed for the available vacancies are 14 years and 22 years respectively. The upper limit of age has been relaxed for the reservation category candidates as per the instructions of the government.

The Non-ITI candidates need to be minimum 10th pass and the ITI candidates need to pass the relevant trade tests.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 32 years under general category candidates. In case belongs to reserved category relaxation available under instruction received from central government of India.
