Age Limit: Unreserved
Candidates age must be between 18 years to 40 years for General, 18 to 43 years
for OBC, 18 to 45 years for SC/ST candidates as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass Matriculation and ‘A’ Grade Nurse
Diploma for Staff Nurse Posts, 10+2 with Science subjects, Diploma in Pharmacy
with valid registration for Pharmacist post.
Selection Procedure: Candidate will be selected on the basis of Written Test and
Interview.

must apply through prescribed application format available in the
notification. Fill the application, attach photograph, attest signature,
enclose copies of age, caste, PWD Certificates, educational & technical
qualification certificates and send the application by super scribing the name
of the post to be applied for on the envelope to the following address, General
